Easy drop off and pick up for my stored luggage while I went to the MET!

This was very convenient to the upper east side, the met, and Central Park. Super easy to find and drop off. The luggage was in the front of the store so I do wish there was more security. There was a cross check process at the end to check out our bags.

A little confusing to find since there are 3 dry cleaners essentially in the same block, but the person was attentative and I had no trouble getting the bag.

Great location close to MET and Guggenheim. Super helpful staff. Would be better to have a lockable store room rather than leaving bags in the shop front but staff are always there to keep an eye so no issues for us.

You could offer to store the luggage behind the front counter. I didn't mind, however, others might feel it is unsafe/insecure when their luggage is stored so near the door / out in the open with everyone's laundry. Otherwise very good service thank you.
