I had to adjust my pick up time by 1 hour and the app allowed me to change it. We ended eating a sub there before departing to airport. Luggage was safe and will use them again. Note-it’s a 3 minute walk from Penn Station as long as you use the doors labeled “8th Ave and 31st Ave”
