Everything worked out great. Very friendly reception and fast service. Simply show the QR code. The suitcases are photographed again on site and then safely stowed away. I would do it again any time.

I had never used Bounce. Everything was very easy: download the application, select delivery and collection days, and get to the storage point. Highly recommended.

This was a great Bounce experience at the Muse Hotel in midtown, very convenient location for the theatre district. The process was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the hotel has a very clean bathroom! No waiting, secure luggage storage, and the freedom to walk around NY unencumbered!
