Very convenient and easy!

The doorman were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They provided luggage tag, took picture ofuggage and scanned barcode. Drop-off and pickup was very easy.

Super reliable. You just need to book in advance, and when you arrive they simply scan your code and you leave your luggage. Don't worry about it; it's kept safe and secure. I would recommend it a thousand times over.

Easy drop off. They took a photo of our 8 bags and we went on our way. Return of bags was simple and efficient. Nice and polite folks.

Easy drop off and pick up. Muse is 2 blocks from the Uber shuttle to airports on 48th. Short walk via a couple of side alleys avoiding 7th Ave.

Excellent service, very safe , easy to use and great staff! But get there before 10:30pm!! Highly recommend
