Easy dropp off and pick up. Secure!

Super efficient, great location.

I will definitely use this service again in the future. We kept our luggage at the Muse hotel through the Bounce app - and it was GREAT. We didn't have time to get to our hotel before the matinee, so we dropped luggage at the Muse for $10 and it was safe and the bellhop at the hotel gave us a ticket for it just as if we had dropped off at the hotel we were staying in. Great service, highly recommend!

Excellent experience this was our first time visiting New York checkout was 11am and our flight was 9.15pm we really didn't want to trail 3 heavy cases around. Someone suggested bounce glad we used it cases where taken stored and returned really quickly. Our location was great as there where restrooms we where able to use to freshen up and get changed. It's a brilliant service and worth every penny.

Definitely would do this again. Having a hotel, proper tagging system and security of items with friendly staff is above and beyond other options I saw.

Very professional staff, they know the process and were very easy to communicate with. Check in with the door person and have the code ready to scan. Perfect for going to the theatre.

What a great service. My flight was late, barely going to make it to a show I had tickets for. Found Muse right in theatre district and was able to check my bag and make it to my show.
