  • The location is near Port Authority and close to a subway station with a line to the airport, which is convenient. They give you a number to identify your luggage, which is reassuring. I felt a little uncomfortable receiving my bags, but perhaps that would be better for someone traveling alone.

  • We had great service however, It was a bit misleading to have our regular sized luggage be considered odd sized and charged more.

  • Very convenient, just 50 m from grand central entry . Polite personnel, but still the elevator was out of order and I got to climb up and down several times to store four bags at a 2nd basement . This is why I am not giving a 5 star !
