Super easy check-in. I was about an hour late to my pick up and all I did was notified them through the Bounce App via message and gave them a heads up. They accommodated me in the later pickup time. Check out was super easy as well. Will definitely use them again!

Very friendly staff and fuss-free check-in and check-out procedures! I was very satisfied with the process. It took me sometime to find a decent luggage storage space and this website did not fail me! To be honest, I was skeptical about using the website as I just found it off Google’s first recommendation. Bounce’s staff gave me the nearest cafe that could accommodate my timings. Would use this service again and recommend to friends!!

The check-in and checkout process was very easy and fast. Their coffee is also very good. We left our bags there for three days while we travel to Kyoto and it was safe and secure

Store is 1 station from Akihabara so decent location, friendly staff and an easy drop-off and pick-up, overall I felt my bags were in good hands for over a week.
