It was a bit weird to leave the bag behind the front counter initially. Upon return it was great to see you had moved it to safer storage in the back. Maybe worth telling that this what you will do.

This was my first time using bounce, and it was great! The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend the service!

I went there a couple of times and they were super helpful. They took their time even if I had many packages. They had even separated them by name ahead of time to pick them up faster. They also provided me with a bag to carry them!

The owner is very friendly and super nice!! The luggages were secured in a locked room! Amazing location is right next to the cable car station also right next to the subway station. Highly recommend!

The store was a little difficult to locate but other than that everything was perfect! My luggage was in a locked room at the back of the store. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
