Super friendly staff and a large lobby. I was allowed to quickly repack my things and could also hang out in the lobby for a short while after pickup. I had a great feeling leaving my luggage with them, very safe! The area is pretty sketchy, lots of homeless people including open drug use. There is a strong police presence though so it did not feel too unsafe.

Simple, easy, convenient. One always wishes for lower prices, but that too was not unreasonable.
