It was amazing! I left my luggage for almost 9 days here in SF. Staff there was super friendly, even allowed me to use their weighing scale to weigh my bags. Would def try out bounce again

Hotel, very professional and trustworthy

The staff were very understanding and professional. It's a large hotel, so very secure. And for 12 days, the price was well worth the inconvenience of not having to carry my enormous bag. I recommend it. Thank you.

The location is convenient. There are some homeless people nearby. However, it is a good place to eat something delicious and get ready before leaving.

Great location to Powell st Bart stop to SFO. As others have stated it’s very close to not so great area but felt very safe at all times. Drop off we received a tag and our bags were secure and safe upon our return

As mentioned, this location is actually a shop, but my understanding is that they have a partnership with Bounce. I felt the luggage was safe during the 4 hours we left them there, but they were also locked. Very fast pick up and drop off.

Good storage facility. Area was a little sketchy but bags were secure with staff where we had left them.

Mo was great. Really kind guys. Left my luggage unlocked (crazy i know) and came back to it in tact with everything inside. Allowed me to explore the city.
