Actually the staff were nice but the location, the lack of elevator and access to the service was less than desirable. I was travelling with an older couple and so they felt unsafe in the neighbourhood, and then access to the hotel was difficult for them to navigate and they were unable to independently take their bag upstairs. If they were by themselves it would have been impossible.

2nd floor without elevator to bring up suitcases. Poorer and less safe neighborhood despite the place having 2 secure barriers.

It was good, I would have loved that they have checked my ID or something before giving me my luggage back, but I guess I have a recognizable face?

Great staff, family run, clean, efficient for short time staying The only missing star 🌟 is about, no fridge, no microwave and last time my room was absolutely freezing, they have central heating system but I never felt it was used when the Temps here were 10°below average and of course, some rooms are better than other Overall satisfied customer

A little tricky to find; good if there were a larger sign.

Please note there are 2 sets of stairs with no lift to get to the office.

Service and location was great, but had to carry the bags up a flight of stairs

Well we stored our luggage behind the front desk and got them back fine so that’s good. The lady/owner was nice enough. However as visitors we had no idea this was a skid row “hotel” so the surrounding area was not for the faint of heart…. I wouldn’t recommend a single woman using this spot at night…
