This was my first time using this service and I was happy with it. I wouldn't recommend the hotel and the area is full of human misery, but I chose it for luggage storage because it's close to the Bart trains to the airport and offers 24-hour service.

We left our suitcases all day and although the entrance is a bit chaotic, the suitcases were safe and the staff were very nice.

Great staff, family run, clean, efficient for short time staying The only missing star 🌟 is about, no fridge, no microwave and last time my room was absolutely freezing, they have central heating system but I never felt it was used when the Temps here were 10°below average and of course, some rooms are better than other Overall satisfied customer

Well we stored our luggage behind the front desk and got them back fine so that’s good. The lady/owner was nice enough. However as visitors we had no idea this was a skid row “hotel” so the surrounding area was not for the faint of heart…. I wouldn’t recommend a single woman using this spot at night…
