Very convenient spot to place luggage...there was no damages and the glass bottles I had packed in where undisturbed. The receptionist was friendly and stored my luggage without issue. I came back a few days later and found all in order with neccessary security.

Great location to Powell st Bart stop to SFO. As others have stated it’s very close to not so great area but felt very safe at all times. Drop off we received a tag and our bags were secure and safe upon our return

The worker was great getting the luggage and holding it safely then handing it back, no complaints. The street outside is definitely iffy on the way in, so just go through quickly.
