Service was prompt and friendly, and location was convenient, near the BART station.

I used this service on a Sunday. Some places near Powell Street Station are closed on Sundays, and I was worried about the safety of the area near the Tenderloin, so I had my luggage stored at this hotel. Security was solid, and the procedures were familiar, so I was able to leave my luggage there very smoothly and with peace of mind. They also advised me to take a photo of the voucher in case I lost it, so the service was excellent. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you.

They are the nicest people and very convenient location

The lobby was staffed at drop off and pick up times. I got there easily from the Bart from SFO, and the place was easy to find. I would recommend for someone wanting to explore SF while passing through.

Very safe place to store your luggage while you in the city. There are security guards present when i dropped off and get my luggage

Parking available behind the hotel and beside the hotel in loading zones. In and out in a couple minutes for both drop off and pick up. Independent security on site as well, it all felt very safe. Very clean washrooms too!
