Very convenient and accessible. They were truly 24 hour service as I dropped my back quite late at night. The advantage of a full service hotel is that it can be accessed any time. When I returned I git a little help from the bell boy too. Recommended.

I used this service on a Sunday. Some places near Powell Street Station are closed on Sundays, and I was worried about the safety of the area near the Tenderloin, so I had my luggage stored at this hotel. Security was solid, and the procedures were familiar, so I was able to leave my luggage there very smoothly and with peace of mind. They also advised me to take a photo of the voucher in case I lost it, so the service was excellent. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you.
