Had a late flight out of SFO and wanted to do some additional sightseeing and signed up for Bounce. Easy drop off and pick up made this service a real blessing.

This system was very convenient, and the staff at the luggage storage facility were very experienced, so everything went smoothly. Thanks to being able to store my luggage, I was able to cover a much greater distance, which allowed me to have many more experiences during my trip and enjoy a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use this service again.

The drop off was super simple and the bags were in a secure separate area from the lobby out of view.

Location was stellar and drop off was super easy and hassle-free. Our first time using Bounce but will not be our last. The people at Doo Wash Cleaners handled our luggage carefully and everything went great!

The people at the doo wash cleaners were great. Upon pic up they could not get the phone to work to get my QR code. Technology needs improvement

Location was really good. The only issue we had was the shop was meant to open at 10 am, we were waiting outside for about 15 minutes. The cases were safe/secure and we were able to spend a few hours enjoying Fisherman’s Wharf.

The location was perfect. The 2 gentlemen working were very kind. I felt like our bags were going to be safely kept and they were. Everything went great. Id use them again.

I was a bit concerned about the bag, they just had it there in the store but everything went well. I could even change there before catching my flight

Staff were great, the luggage is unsecured so something to consider. High foot traffic location in the building due to the tour bus services, being downtown, and restroom.

The team took great care of our luggage. Our main concern is that everyone's luggage was out in the open, not locked up. Many people passed the luggage area going to the restroom. Unsecured luggage seems like an invitation for problems.

All round good experience. Would be better if they were open for a bit longer but otherwise great location and friendly staff. Would recommend.

App was easy to use. Location was very close to Fisherman's Wharf and public transport options. Staff were friendly, even telling us where a private toilet was without us even asking. My only concern was our bags were just put at the back of their big shop/room and they didn't require proof for us to pick them up, but the staff were there the whole time (I assume), they didn't seem the type to go through our bags, and I think we were the only ones to leave our bags there that day.

This was an excellent choice! Wonderful location for getting to the Alcatraz ferry, but more importantly, the store has everything from munchies to meds to drinks and general groceries. If I lived in SFO, I’d love the owners as neighbors.
