Fabulous experience. Had a late flight from San Francisco to Australia. Cruise ship got in at 0700hrs, i was a bit anxious re Bounce but was presently surprised. It was easy to find and very affordable. So I had a full day of exploring without any luggage.

Discovering Bounce to book bag storage while we had a whole day to kill was the best thing ever! We had just got off a cruise ship and needed a place to store our luggage before heading to the airport later that night! We got to see so much without worrying about lugging our bags around. This concept is brilliant! Thank you!

Very easy process! Hotel kept bags safe and secure while we explored the city for the day. Was pleasantly surprised that I had booked too many bags and Bounce refunded the unused baggage fees. Very pleased with this service and will definitely use it again!

The service was great and the hotel staff were easy to arrange this with. We booked online and dropped off and picked up with ease. Highly recommend. We could explore downtown San Francisco without any worry of theft or damage to our rental car. Bonus that they allowed us to use their bathrooms too.

Wow! That was quick and easy. We just came back from a cruise but still had the day to explore Fisherman’s Wharf. Checked our bags and free to go shopping! Would definitely do it again.

Super easy made the trip much better walking around without the luggage.We had plenty of time to kill waiting for a red eye flight.It was much better walking around than in the airport.Could not ask for a better choice it was like we had another excursion. Everybody. Should take advantage of this service very reasonable rates. Awesome bags were locked up in a secure location. 5 star for security would definitely do again and recommend.

They were so friendly and right away put our luggage on a trolley so we didn't even have to bring it in the hotel ourselves. The morning person who is in charge of the Bounce reservations was very accommodating and friendly.

Argonaut Hotel bellhop guy met us at our car and brought the luggage cart out to our car & helped us load the luggage onto the cart for us. Luggage was stored in a secure, locked room. Pick up was just as simple as drop off - the bellhop guy loaded luggage back into our car. No issues. They appreciated tips, but did not expect it.

Super easy drop off and convenient location!

Location was stellar and drop off was super easy and hassle-free. Our first time using Bounce but will not be our last. The people at Doo Wash Cleaners handled our luggage carefully and everything went great!

The people at the doo wash cleaners were great. Upon pic up they could not get the phone to work to get my QR code. Technology needs improvement

They were very friendly both at the front desk and at baggage claim. There's a bus stop nearby, and you can walk to Pier 39, which I think is great.

Super easy drop off and pickup. Bags were immediately placed in a secure location. Would use again!

The drop-off felt a bit strange at first because it wasn’t clear where our things were being stored. The guy there took a photo of all our luggage, told us not to worry, and moved everything behind the shop. When we came back, everything was there, of course. Main downside: It’s located right on a main avenue, and there is no convenient parking. We had to park quite far away and walk to the shop with all our bags.

I was a bit concerned about the bag, they just had it there in the store but everything went well. I could even change there before catching my flight

Staff were great, the luggage is unsecured so something to consider. High foot traffic location in the building due to the tour bus services, being downtown, and restroom.

The team took great care of our luggage. Our main concern is that everyone's luggage was out in the open, not locked up. Many people passed the luggage area going to the restroom. Unsecured luggage seems like an invitation for problems.
