Stored bags with the Caza Hotel. They were helpful and friendly. Bags were safe and secure while we did the tourist thing.

This was the first time I used Bounce. We had one day to explore San Francisco and did not want to leave our many suitcases in the car and risk a break in. I chose this location because it was a hotel (open 24 hours) and directly across the street from the garage we were parking in for the day. We were not entirely sure of our pick up time later in th day after we had dinner. It was an incredibly easy process both for drop off and pick up. I hoghly recommend this service and location if you are in San Francisco!

It was a great experience! We were very well received both at check-in and check-out! Everything was very quick and easy! The hotel is very well located and we walked to Pier 39 and Piazza della Ghirardelli! I highly recommend it!

All round good experience. Would be better if they were open for a bit longer but otherwise great location and friendly staff. Would recommend.

App was easy to use. Location was very close to Fisherman's Wharf and public transport options. Staff were friendly, even telling us where a private toilet was without us even asking. My only concern was our bags were just put at the back of their big shop/room and they didn't require proof for us to pick them up, but the staff were there the whole time (I assume), they didn't seem the type to go through our bags, and I think we were the only ones to leave our bags there that day.

First time doing luggage storage. Easy to use and nice staff. But it was weird year our bags were just behind the counter, visual to any customer. But we got them back untouched.
