It was great to be able to roam the city baggage free! The Bounce Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

It was a good place to store luggage. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing for me was there was a lot of stairs, no elevator and we had 20 suitcases and some heavy. We had just returned from a cruise and needed a place to store luggage for the day. Two of the women took the suitcases over not aware of all the stairs. Bounce needs people to be aware of all the stairs at this location.

Great location and super easy checkin process. It’s a shared luggage room so it’s not like high security but it works.

Nice place. Staff very nice. Storage area is a locked room, but it is shelves, not individual lockers.

The staff is very friendly upon arrival and when you pick up your items. At first, I had trouble finding the store, but it's where the candy shop used to be. Everything was great with them.
