The hostel is located in a great place. Also ashley helped in all moments and was really keen.

It was a great experience. The check in process was super easy and fast, and the staff was very nice. There is a flight of stairs because the Hostel is on the second floor, but the way they secure the bags is great. It is a virtually locked room and you can only get in if they let you in.

This place was awesome! I had a layover in SF and wanted to run to the Golden Gate Bridge before catching my flight home. The other amenities made it the absolute perfect place to drop some bags and complete my mission.

Do not walk up the steps on the side. Make sure you enter on broadway inside the hostel. They do use bounce. Watched all my stuff and allowed me to go back and forth to get my luggage and drop stuff off.

V friendly staff and simple drop off and collecting process.

The store was great - the app bounce however failed and didn't record the reservation on either mine or the store's end (but charged my credit card of course)

Very nice staff and super convenient! They have a dedicated luggage room which is locked at all times unless opened by the front desk, so your bag is definitely in safe hands! Will use again if the opportunity arises!

Very easy to check in & out. They didn't have the right size for the lockers but proposed to use their locked luggage room.

The team at the from were great! Easy drop off, easy pickup, and secure door for bag storage. There is a steep flight of stairs to get to the bag storage area, keep in mind :)
