It was a great experience. The check in process was super easy and fast, and the staff was very nice. There is a flight of stairs because the Hostel is on the second floor, but the way they secure the bags is great. It is a virtually locked room and you can only get in if they let you in.

This place was awesome! I had a layover in SF and wanted to run to the Golden Gate Bridge before catching my flight home. The other amenities made it the absolute perfect place to drop some bags and complete my mission.

Do not walk up the steps on the side. Make sure you enter on broadway inside the hostel. They do use bounce. Watched all my stuff and allowed me to go back and forth to get my luggage and drop stuff off.

This was my first time using Bounce and it was a great experience. Checking in and out was super easy and everyone was really nice. I felt like my belongings were safe in the locked room and the location was very convenient.

Very nice staff and super convenient! They have a dedicated luggage room which is locked at all times unless opened by the front desk, so your bag is definitely in safe hands! Will use again if the opportunity arises!

The team at the from were great! Easy drop off, easy pickup, and secure door for bag storage. There is a steep flight of stairs to get to the bag storage area, keep in mind :)
