We had an amazing experience through Bounce at the Fairfield Inn. No issues! Bags were tagged and we were given the tickets that matched to turn it when we picked up our luggage! Highly recommend!

Having the option of storing luggage close to Millbrae Transit Center was a life-saver in terms of being able to attend a World Cup Game!

Great service, very quick and easy! A minor complaint was my stuff was left just to the inside of an open staff door. Would have been more comfortable if it was less accessible to someone walking in and grabbing it. Ideally it should be behind a closed door at the minimum.
