For long-term luggage storage, it's cheaper than the airport, even including transportation costs. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making me want to stay there next time, not just store my luggage. Thank you!

Great luggage storage option near SFO! I had a great experience using Bounce to store my luggage near SFO. The location is very convenient and close to Millbrae Station, and I was able to take the bus to pick up my bags easily. One of the biggest advantages is that it’s open 24 hours, which was perfect for me since my flight was very early in the morning. It made everything much easier and stress-free. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient luggage storage option near SFO!

Use for luggage storage with Bounce. Ladies at the desk were super nice, they even confirmed on the phone they still had my luggage when I was worried after extending the booking twice. No wait at all at pickup or drop off. 100% happy and grateful.

The Fairfield Inn SFO/Millbrae was only about 10 minutes from SFO Car Rental center on surface streets. The staff was friendly and courteous. And Drop off/pickup of the luggage was quick and easy.

Easy drop off and pick up. Relatively close to the airport and Millbrae Station. We flew into SFO on an afternoon and had one night before flying out on an international flight the next evening. Bag storage at SFO is very expensive, so we caught an Uber to the Bounce Luggage Storage, left our bags, and then walked to Millbrae Station to catch a train into downtown San Francisco to stay the night. Spent the next day in San Francisco and then caught train back to get bags and then Uber to airport. You could get a bus from the airport to the Bounce Luggage Storage, but it was not easy with two large bags, so we opted for Uber.

Everything was very easy. I expected a lower price.

The staff who worked here was very helpful and respectful. I just wish I could use less space than it actually took up.

It was really helpful when I had to check out of my hotel but my flight wasn’t until 7 hours later so I booked a locker in order to explore the city one last time before leaving

Great service, very quick and easy! A minor complaint was my stuff was left just to the inside of an open staff door. Would have been more comfortable if it was less accessible to someone walking in and grabbing it. Ideally it should be behind a closed door at the minimum.
