Needed a place to store our bags while we had a long layover for 10 hours. We were hoping to take the free shuttle to the holiday inn but it wasn’t running that day but we found an Uber that was willing to wait while we unloaded the bags and then took us downtown. Service was easy to use and bags were stored in their back office and not moved while we were gone. No issues!

While the staff was helpful and friendly, I felt that there was no verification or security guardrails in place to ensure that the bags that were checked out by individuals, were indeed, owned by them. The staff didn't scan our QR code or take pictures of our baggage. I felt that it would have been helpful to attach tags or stickers to our bags with the same QR code for baggage check in, instead of just letting Bounce users have free access into their storage room. What's stopping another Bounce user from stealing additional bags, especially in the Bay Area?
