Super easy to drop off and pick up. Had 3 luggages and 2 bags and everything was stored and returned safely. Much better than leaving in the car and risking a break in.

My first time using bounce was amazing and soo convenient! Dropped my carry on luggage before work and picked it up after, before heading to SFO. Super convenient and right next to the cal train station inside UPS. Will definitely use Bounce every time I need to store my luggage.

First time using Bounce and had a wonderful experience using the app. The employee at the UPS store was very nice and welcomed me back upon ny return for pick up. My luggage remained safe and I was able to drop off before my booked drop off time as it was during store hours. Recommend this app and location!

It was fine except our bags had some kind of flour or powder spilled on them. They were kept in or near a restaurant kitchen. Not ideal.
