Quick, easy and safe storage for the day

Casa Loma was wonderful! I had a friendly attendant that took my luggage and pickup was so easy. There is a loading spot in the front of the hotel making it very easy.

We needed a place near Oracle Park to store our luggage and this was a great location! They were quick to help us with our bags and also quick to return them to us.

The online booking process was simple and quick. Our location in San Francisco opened on time, took our bags and secured them in minutes. We also had efficient service getting the bags later that day.

This was so easy and safe. Felt totally comfortable leaving my luggage here while we went around and toured the city of San Francisco. Very close to the Ferry Terminal if you are planning on taking it to Napa via Vallejo.

I had a great experience with Bounce Luggage Storage. I was not certain as the reviews I read were either great or unsatisfactory. The app is user friendly and the process was seamless. The Storage location was convenient and so MUCH more reasonable than storing my luggage at the SFO airport. Also, I did not have the option of storing my luggage at the hotel I visited as it was located in Emeryville and I was doing a sightseeing tour at Muir Woods. The only slight drawback is the address of the storage facility, in this instance a hotel, was not visible until after purchase. This was not a big issue for me because if I later decided not to use the service, I was only on the hook for $11. I can't speak to the refund policy, but for the amount it would not been an issue. The actual storage location was the Marker Hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was personable and professional, as was the individual that actually stored my luggage. All in all a great experience and a very useful service.

The game shop workers were so kind, understanding, flexible, and helpful. The store was also so cool! Would highly recommend for those interested in comics, manga, board games, card games, and more
