Discover Caltrain Station luggage storage

I made a reservation a week in advance, but when I arrived, the store was closed for cleaning and repairs. I was in a hurry and needed to leave my luggage somewhere, so I was pretty stressed out. Thankfully, I was able to meet the owner. He was incredibly kind and told me not to worry and that I could leave my luggage with him and go. I was a little nervous about leaving my belongings there, but I trusted him and went on my way. Everything was safe and secure when I came back. The owner was genuinely kind and helpful, especially given the situation. I really appreciate him making things so easy for me. I would definitely recommend this place!

Location is great - next door to other retail storefronts. . Store owner was kind and cordial. Took pictures of our bags before we left. Confirmed the pickup time with us. Scanned the QR code, dropped off bags -in and out in under 10 minutes.

Super easy and staff were very friendly and helpful! We went right from the airport, dropped our luggage off and then walked over to the Giants game. Picked our stuff up right after the game. Easy peasy! Highly recommend.

Used Bounce to store my luggage in SF (The Marker Hotel) for 9 days. The location (Union Square) was pretty convenient and safe, i read up on hotel’s review before choosing this place, friendly staff (and also because they’re open 24/7). Luggage was safe and i enjoyed my travel without worrying about it. They gave me a number tag to claim my luggage, i just dropped it off with the front desk (it wasn’t a walk in, drop it in a room yourself kind of thing)

Everything went just as expected. The store clerks knew exactly what was going on and they made the process quick and easy. I had a couple of questions and they gave me quick answers. I will probably doing this the next time I'm in the city with a bag.

Good communication with staff, but someone dont know all the aspects of the service provided by Bounce. I recommend trainning.

My first time using bounce was amazing and soo convenient! Dropped my carry on luggage before work and picked it up after, before heading to SFO. Super convenient and right next to the cal train station inside UPS. Will definitely use Bounce every time I need to store my luggage.

Look for the correct street number when you look for it on Google Maps, as they are two SoMa Wines & Spirits locations. If you mess up it's not a problem: they're really close to one another.

We had a good experience, once again. The UPS store is a bit difficult to get to, considering the parking around the building was packed full. My husband had to stop in the middle of the road while I lugged everything into the store. Once in there, the employees were phenomenal. Surprisingly, pick up went much smoother, even though a MLB game just got done two blocks away. Overall, working with Bounce and UPS 6609 was an experience we would definitely repeat!
