The location was near the Pia 39 tourist area, and the Seven-Eleven sign was easy to spot, making it very convenient to find. The staff member who assisted me was kind, and the luggage check-in process was smooth. Since they offer 24-hour service, I was able to have a leisurely dinner before picking up my suitcase. The pickup process was also smooth. Thank you very much.

This was an excellent choice for using the Bounce app! Wonderful location for getting to the Alcatraz ferry, but more importantly, the store has everything from munchies to meds to drinks and general groceries. If I lived in SFO, I’d love the owners as neighbors.

Bounce luggage storage was great. Location is extremely convenient to the Caltrain station.

It was my first time in San Francisco visiting from Denver and I was very grateful for how quick and easy everything was for securing my luggage! The drop off location was inside of Game Post near 3rd and Townsend.

The gentleman that helped me at drop off and pick up was SO NICE! I was running a few minutes behind the pickup time and messaged I was going to be late and got a fast response. They said they were okay with my late arrival and would make an exception. They are very kind here!

Easy drop off and pick up. It's a liquor shop and they put your luggage in the back room. Great location for catching BART after.

This was a great option for our last day. We had an evening flight and had to check out of our hotel by 11am. It was so nice not to have to worry about our bags. It was a quick and easy process start to finish. The store employees were helpful and attentive.

Very close to the Golden Gate Theater. Just ring the buzzer, walk up the stairs, and hand the nice folks your stuff. Easy peasy!

This was my first time using this service and I was happy with it. I wouldn't recommend the hotel and the area is full of human misery, but I chose it for luggage storage because it's close to the Bart trains to the airport and offers 24-hour service.

We left our suitcases all day and although the entrance is a bit chaotic, the suitcases were safe and the staff were very nice.

The area is not the best, there are a lot of drug addicts around. But the place itself is good, everything was fast and friendly.

It was good, I would have loved that they have checked my ID or something before giving me my luggage back, but I guess I have a recognizable face?
