Super easy to drop off and pick up. Had 3 luggages and 2 bags and everything was stored and returned safely. Much better than leaving in the car and risking a break in.

For the first time I used this service and I was happy with it. I would not recommend the hotel and the area is populated by human misery, but I chose it as a luggage storage because it is close to the Bart trains to the airport and because it offers a 24 hour service

We left our bags there all day and although the entrance was a bit chaotic, the bags were safe and they were very pleasant.

The area is not the best, there are a lot of drug addicts around. But the place itself is good, everything was fast and friendly.

Easy drop-off and pickup, only 5min walk from Powell St BART station.

It was good, I would have loved that they have checked my ID or something before giving me my luggage back, but I guess I have a recognizable face?

Great staff, family run, clean, efficient for short time staying The only missing star 🌟 is about, no fridge, no microwave and last time my room was absolutely freezing, they have central heating system but I never felt it was used when the Temps here were 10°below average and of course, some rooms are better than other Overall satisfied customer

My first time using bounce was amazing and soo convenient! Dropped my carry on luggage before work and picked it up after, before heading to SFO. Super convenient and right next to the cal train station inside UPS. Will definitely use Bounce every time I need to store my luggage.
