Easy and and very responsive staff

Super easy to do! It was my first time using Bounce, and the 7/11 staff were able to explain how to do it. Needed a place to drop off a large bag of goodies from the Nintendo store while I was out all day. This was right nearby. Because the 7/11 is open 24 hours a day, I was able to come back late that night to pick up. There's a secure area in the back of the store where they put the bag. It was under $10 for this service. Very much worth it.

Easy to find. Great all the way around. We left 6 bags with them. 2 large suitcases and 4 carry on size. Our first time using Bounce as well. Couldn’t have been simpler.

We have now used Bounce twice, and both experiences were very positive. Great price, communication, customer service, smooth transaction, easy drop off and pickup… DEFINITELY recommend!

This was an excellent choice for using the Bounce app! Wonderful location for getting to the Alcatraz ferry, but more importantly, the store has everything from munchies to meds to drinks and general groceries. If I lived in SFO, I’d love the owners as neighbors.

Easy drop off and pick up. It's a liquor shop and they put your luggage in the back room. Great location for catching BART after.

Super easy drop off, super friendly, excellent experience! 

This was a great option for our last day. We had an evening flight and had to check out of our hotel by 11am. It was so nice not to have to worry about our bags. It was a quick and easy process start to finish. The store employees were helpful and attentive.

Great location to Powell st Bart stop to SFO. As others have stated it’s very close to not so great area but felt very safe at all times. Drop off we received a tag and our bags were secure and safe upon our return

Very close to Powell BART station. You must book your slot online and pay for it, then show the QR code to the shop assistant when arriving with the luggage. As mentioned, this location is actually a shop, but my understanding is that they have a partnership with Bounce. I felt the luggage was safe during the 4 hours we left them there, but they were also locked. Very fast pick up and drop off.
