Luggage storage Near Palace Hotel

Great.Highly recommended. Really handy for Montgomery St BART station which has a working staffed elevator to street level. The guys in the shop are friendly and organised for Bounce bookings. The shop itself is quite small and can get busy around lunchtime. They do great sandwiches so you can grab some great food on the go here too

Very nice people.. quick drop off and pick up process

The shop is conveniently located very close to the transit center, just a few hundred meters from the BART station. The owner also provided clear instructions on what to do, which was excellent.

Convenient location downtown and all my things were kept super safe!! Can’t recommend them more

Perfect drop off/pick up experience!

Easy drop off and pick up. It's a liquor shop and they put your luggage in the back room. Great location for catching BART after.

Location was great and very friendly service. Our luggage was well taken care of. Would recommend.

Super easy drop off, super friendly, excellent experience!

This was a great option for our last day. We had an evening flight and had to check out of our hotel by 11am. It was so nice not to have to worry about our bags. It was a quick and easy process start to finish. The store employees were helpful and attentive.

Easy and professional

My first time using this service, it was very straightforward and smooth. Many thanks.

I wanted to go to the museum before going to the airport and dropping my bag off at the Bounce nearby was perfect. Smooth drop off and pick up. Excellent location. Next time I'm downtown after travelling I'll be using the service again.

Friendly, fast & efficient service. Highly recommend. Deli and ice cream too!!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Conveniently located near bus and metro. The shop is easily identifiable thanks to the sticker on the window. Would definitely return.

Very convenient when you arrive at the airport with a lot of luggage or when you're going at the end of the day and you'll be lugging your suitcases around all day! The person is very friendly, and everything is done very quickly through the app.

Easy drop off, friendly staff

All was good and easy, friendly people

Great staff and easy location

Polite, efficient! We were nervous because we missed the small Bounce luggage storage sign in window, and it is a deli Both true, they are a deli which stores luggage in the basement. They were friendly, laughed when th us and tagged/scanned/counted our pieces. Cost for 4 bags was $14….well worth it. Highly recommend

Super simple, easy & convenient. Thank you!
