system works well. Would like to see more options closer to the cruise terminal. The hotel had an overpowering smell like air freshener or ? It made me cough uncontrollable immediately upon entering.

It was a good place to store luggage. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing for me was there was a lot of stairs, no elevator and we had 20 suitcases and some heavy. We had just returned from a cruise and needed a place to store luggage for the day. Two of the women took the suitcases over not aware of all the stairs. Bounce needs people to be aware of all the stairs at this location.

Great location and super easy checkin process. It’s a shared luggage room so it’s not like high security but it works.

After walking around a bit, we found the UPS store. The guy behind the counter, Roy, was most helpful, and, very welcoming. He even made an Uber pickup call for us on his own phone,so, once again,thank you Roy. When we came back to uplift our luggage, he came straight over to assist us,asked us how our day was, gave us directions to the closest BART station, and, wished us all the best. We were most impressed.
