The staff was very friendly, the place inspires confidence and security when leaving luggage. They put labels to identify each suitcase left and they have them in an access place where you can only enter with the staff. The lady at the reception of Hotel Caza also guided me when making the reservation on the Bounce app because I arrived without having completed it, I really appreciated the gesture of being so willing to serve you.

The attendants at this hotel should be commended. When we dropped our luggage off the man was extremely friendly and helpful! When we picked our luggage up the woman was very nice and accommodating! 5 stars !!!
