Convenient and secure

Great place to store our cases after a cruise, it give us chance to spend time in San Francisco before our flight home. The hotel staff were lovely & very secure storage. Hotel was a short walk to fisherman's wharf.

This was a great spot. Secure location with your bags in and locked side rrom. easy drop off and easy pickup. They even let us chill and use the facilities while we waited for our ride.

As others have noted, you must go into Hotel Caza to check your luggage with Bounce. IT WAS EASY! The staff was friendly and welcoming, including offering use of the restroom. It was a convenient drop-off point for an easy walk to Fisherman's Wharf.

We booked this bag store for after a cruise from San Francisco due to its location which is very close to the waterfront and piers. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Staff were excellent. Security was spot on. Simple booking procedure and very helpful and polite staff on the day. Yes highly recommended.

Caza Hotel was an excellent drop off point for cases. Staff were so friendly and helpful, even ordered a taxi for us for our journey to airport .

Easy to locate, the process was quick when booking in luggage. When collecting the cases they were weighed for us.

Very handy, had a few hours to kill in San Francisco between getting off a cruise and flight times. So found bounce on Google thought I would try it, so easy to do, downloaded the app, booked it , dropped luggage off and a way to go. Excellent would do again.

We had entire day to spend in San Francisco after our cruise and flight at midnight so walked to Hotel Casa )after downloading the app) and were welcomed by security staff who promptly organized our luggage to get labeled and our receipt given. They also kindly let us use their toilet and there is welcoming cafe in the foyer which delivered a great coffee. Our 10 bags (10 people) were taken to a secure room away from public sight and door closed with the mention security guard in front of them. Great service.

This was our first time using Bounce. Hotel Caza Fisherman’s Wharf made it an excellent one. Easy, seamless drop off and pick up. We’ll definitely use the service again.

Excellent. There's a Latino guy at reception, and I don't know his name, but I think he told me he was born there in San Francisco, but his parents are Latino. That guy is excellent, extraordinary, very helpful. He's very knowledgeable about what's in San Francisco and gave me some amazing tips that made my visit to the city spectacular.
