We stored 2 large suitcases and 3 backpacks for several hours at this location (Argonaut Hotel). The employees were friendly and prompt. They helped load everything and we felt very confident in the location being a safe place for our belongings. They have a convenient loading zone and it's easy to get in and out of the area. We would use them again if we're ever back in the area.

Easy check in with the bellman. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Since this is a location within a hotel, it can get busy during hotel check in and check out times.

We had a late flight as we left the cruise ship in San Francisco so we booked a day long tour. Unfortunately we had our luggage from a cruise. We found Bounce and booked storage of it for the day. Wow it went so smoothly. We were late getting off the ship and rushed to drop our luggage while the taxi waited. The hotel amazingly checked us in within five minutes ensuring we’d make it to our tour on time. We had a great day and returned with the bounce staff being so kind recommending dinner options and helping us get a taxi to return to the airport. We will use Bounce for luggage feeling confident that it is in a safe place. Thank you!

Big Bounce fan. Have used it quite a bit, but this time it was beyond expectations. The Argonaut was a great! Even though we were simply storing luggage, the staff treated us like hotel guests. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The concierge gave us tips to make the most of our few hours to explore during a layover. It was pretty cold that day, so it was nice to wait for our Lyft by the fireplace after a day of exploring.

Argonaut hotel was very accommodating in storing our luggage and it was very helpful that they are open 24 hours so that you can store your luggage for tours that start early. Highly recommend.

Argonaut hotel is centrally located near many main attractions and is a high end hotel so it felt safe. Staff were super helpful and drop-off/pick-up process was easy. Definitely recommend!
