Great experience! My checkout time was at 11am but my flight was at 8pm so I needed to find a way to use this time to explore SF without our bags. It was my first time using Bounce and will definitely be using it again. The Location was easy to find and staff were super friendly.

just what i needed. flexible pick up time because they are open 24/7, clean bathrooms, a place to fill my water bottle / travel mug with cold or hot water, and a comfortable couch in lobby to wait for my uber.

This storage is in the hotel. So basically the hotel staff attends to you. Very polite, gentle and professional staff. Just book your storage online, share them your booking and they'll take care of the rest for you. Appropriate location, just next to the park and the pricing is quiet cheap for the location. Totally recommend it.
