I just think it’s a wonderful idea and the store that we used was very kind. Simple to navigate and knew exactly what we were there for. Our stuff was fine & kept in a separate back room where no customers were allowed. I really appreciated the service & how affordable it was to use. Travelers need more resources like Bounce. Traveling is so expensive & unrealistic for people nowadays that something like this could save you hundreds at the airport or storage place as well as add a whole extra day to your trip since you don’t have to worry about lugging your stuff around all day. Just check your bags into Bounce & fly out at night, you can enjoy your whole last day this way. We did anyways.

First time using this service, I love it!

Overall this was a great drop off experience. The person checking us in was super helpful and friendly. The person checking us out (different from the morning staff) was a little rude and seemed like we were bothering him by asking to get our bags. Outside of that though, I’d drop my stuff off here again. The location and market hours are great for storing your bags for the day.

Staff was very friendly and also it was a quick process to drop off and pick up luggage! Definitely would use it again!
