So glad I found this with a day to kill in SF. Location was near MoMA and easy to find. Staff were friendly and it was a seamless process. Dont hesitate if you need to be bag-free.

It’s the 7-Eleven on Stutter, they don’t have anything about bounce at the store (probably better that they don’t), but the front workers know exactly what to do. The luggage’s were locked behind two doors and that made us feel pretty secure about it.

The store drop off and pick up were fine and easy; however, the experience with Bounce was a negative. I didn't realize i made 2 reservations and it was providing locations further from the area we wanted. When i got to the 3rd reservation, i was prompted to download the app. I have 4 charges to bounce and only needed one. Very disappointed with bounce but pleased with the 7 eleven. Furthermore, trying to communcate with bounce is a joke with the device only providing x amount of choices which i wasn't interested in.

Easy check-in and check-out. This location being 24/7 open is a big plus

Great and friendly service. Make sure you get a padlock though and write your name on the bag. Bounce need a better system for making sure they check-in and check out your bags. It’s a bit basic right now.

Seriously secure. Didn’t trust the concept at first but the employees were so vigilant, one of the cashier workers literally jumped over the counter to stop a man stealing a Haagen Daz in front of us.
