The bench in the alcove before the door + a covered porch right outside make any necessary re-packing very convenient. Straightforward and friendly service that saved me a whole afternoon of schlepping around with 20+ lbs of luggage and allowed me to enjoy Portland on a bike share.

Very easy experience! Helped us secure our luggage after a checkout elsewhere and we felt very comfortable leaving our things.

Jake was great! I was running late and he was very accommodating. Easy ring system at from door, Jake came right away and put my bags in a safe location. Highly recommend, plus an easy walk to DT Portland!
