• What do I need to show when I drop off and pick up my bags?

  Have your booking confirmation or QR code ready in the app or email. The location will use it to check in your bags, and you’ll need it again when you collect them. Your booking details also include the exact address and directions.

• Can I store luggage at Paris train stations?

  Yes. Bounce has luggage storage at or near major Paris train stations. Options include Gare du Nord Boulevard de Magenta, a hotel near Gare de Lyon and a hotel near Montparnasse. Depending on the area, you can choose a staffed location or a self-service locker. Check the store’s hours and availability before booking.

• How much does it cost to store luggage in Paris?

  Prices in Paris start from €2.25 per bag. Your total depends on the location and booking details, and it’s shown in full before payment. There are no hidden fees, so you can compare the available options and choose one that suits your plans.

• Can I store my luggage for a few hours in Paris?

  Yes. You can leave your luggage at Bounce spots across Paris for a few hours or until later the same day. Add your drop-off and pickup times to see what’s available near your route and when each location is open. Choose the spot that suits your plans, book online or in the app, then drop off your bags and enjoy Paris hands-free.

• Are any luggage storage locations in Paris open 24/7?

  Yes. Bounce has 25+ locations open 24/7 across Paris. For example, you could use a hotel near the Arc de Triomphe before visiting the monument, or another hotel beside Saint-Sulpice Church if that’s on your route. Check the map for more 24/7 spots that fit your plans and dates.

• Can I store luggage overnight or for several days?

  Yes. Selected Bounce locations let you store luggage overnight or for several days. Enter your full drop-off and pickup times when booking, then check that the location’s hours cover both visits. For storage lasting more than a week, contact our support team and we’ll help you find an option.

• Do I need to book luggage storage in advance?

  Booking ahead helps secure the location you want, especially on busy travel days or when your schedule is tight. You can still wait until your plans are clearer, but reserving early gives you more time to check the address, opening hours and directions.

• Can I use Bounce without a reservation?

  You need to complete a booking before handing over your bags, but you can do this on the spot through our website or app if the location has space. Booking ahead usually gives you more locations to choose from and means your confirmation is ready when you arrive.

• Can I change my drop-off or pickup time?

  Yes. Go to your booking details in the app or use the link in your confirmation email. From there, you can change the date, drop-off time, pickup time or number of bags. If you move your pickup, check that the location will still be open.

• Can I cancel my luggage storage booking?

  Yes. As long as your bags haven’t been checked in, you can cancel from your booking details. We’ll send a full refund to your original payment method, and there’s no cancellation fee.

• Are there size, weight or item restrictions for luggage storage?

  Bounce doesn’t set one standard size or weight limit. Locations commonly accept backpacks, suitcases and larger items, while space for bicycles, skis or sports equipment depends on the individual spot. Illegal, dangerous and perishable items aren’t accepted. Add the item details when you book, or ask support if you’re unsure.

• Can I store more than one bag or book for a group?

  Yes. You can include all the bags in one booking, whether you’re travelling alone, with family or as part of a group. Add the total before payment to see the full price. If you have a large party or bulky luggage, check that your chosen location has enough space.

• Where are my bags stored?

  That depends on the location you choose. At staffed locations, a local shop or hotel looks after your bags. At self-service locations, you place them in a locker yourself. You’ll see the setup, access details and recent reviews before you book, so you know what to expect.

• Are there self-service luggage lockers in Paris?

  Yes. Bounce has self-service luggage lockers near Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon and Louvre-Rivoli. You’ll use your phone to store and collect your bags, with access instructions, hours and availability shown on the location page. If you’d rather hand your bags to someone, choose a staffed partner location instead.

• Can I leave my luggage at a hotel if I'm not staying there?

  Yes, if the hotel is a Bounce location and you have a valid booking. Some Bounce locations are inside hotels and accept travelers who aren’t staying there. Find a spot near your route, check its opening hours and reserve it before you arrive. Show your confirmation at drop-off.

• Is it safe to store my luggage?

  Yes. Every Bounce location is vetted, and you can check recent reviews before choosing where to leave your bags. Bookings also include Bounce Bag Protection up to €10,000, with our support team available 24/7 if you need help.

• What does Bounce’s €10,000 bag protection cover?

  Bounce Bag Protection may cover eligible loss, theft or damage up to €10,000 per booking. It isn’t insurance, and terms and exclusions apply. Book and pay through Bounce, take a photo of each bag at drop-off, keep your proof of payment and contact our support team within 24 hours of the end of your booking if you need to make a claim.

• What happens if my train or flight is delayed?

  If your journey is delayed, update the times from your booking details as soon as you can and make sure the location will be open for the new arrival. If the change isn’t available, look for another nearby spot or contact our 24/7 support team.

• When is Bounce customer support available?

  Our support team is available 24/7 through the Bounce app and website. Keep your booking confirmation handy and tell us whether you need help with directions, timing, cancellation or pickup. We’ll help you work out what to do next.
