The entrance is in the courtyard of number 9! The store also does quite a few parcel relays. The staff was very pleasant to me. For the suitcases, they told me to go first, even if there were people. Useful if you have an appointment at the US Embassy, which does not accept luggage or computers. Reservations are made on the Bounce website. Affordable price.

Tucked away in the courtyard near the address. Friendly, fast, safe. Watch out for lunch hour, but she was kind enough to help us during her break.

Store located in a small courtyard, fast and efficient service. You are given a small number which is attached to your luggage so as not to make a mistake when you go to collect it. The location is ideal, 3 minutes from the Concorde metro station. Be careful there are a few people at the opening because the store offers many services, if you are in a hurry remember to come a little before. I recommend.

On the last day of my trip to France, I used a store near the Opera Garnier while sightseeing in Paris without a hotel. The owner, a woman, seems to only speak French, but she tried her best to communicate in English. It was easy and very convenient because it was a QR code type.

I chose bounce because it said it was available until 7:30pm, but it was actually available until 7:00pm. They kindly responded even though it was outside of business hours.

The drop-off process was weird because the hostess immediately checked me out through Bounce, then gave me a physical tag for pickup. I'd prefer to use the in-app experience for checking out. However, the location was great and it was easy to do, so 5 stars!
