Olivier at Bounce Opera Garnier branch was very friendly and helpful.

I had no idea this would be so good, dropped 2 bags off within 30 seconds, and location was so much more convenient than going all the way back to the hotel. I'll definitely be doing the same again next visit. Price was also super reasonable at €12 for the day for two suitcases.

I left my luggage while I visited the opera house and walked around a bit. Good welcome, no problems.

I wasn't allowed to bring my suitcase inside the Opéra Garnier and was directed to use City Locker. However, the app wasn't working properly and I couldn't use it. I searched everywhere for a place where someone could help, and they finally assisted me just before my time ran out. I had another appointment, so if it weren't for this shop, my Garnier ticket would have gone to waste. I'm truly grateful.

Kind staff, amazing service, very professional! Absolutely recommend. They do have a break between 1 pm and 2 pm, so that's something to keep in mind if you need to pick up your bags around that time.

Will definitely store my luggage here again. Extremely friendly staff, offered us filtered water, helped bring our luggage down to the basement. I felt very secure checking my baggage here. I change my mind in one of my baggage size and the staff credit me back the money to my bounce account. I didn’t ask for a refund and he did it anyway. I’m grateful for that. Thank you

It's my first time using bounce I found it because it was opposite my airbnb. I booked the luggage storage a month ahead of my trip to Paris, and on the day itself the service staff was absolutely wonderful. He was cheerful and handled the entire process so smoothly. My luggage was treated with great care and when I came back to collect it before leaving, he even helped push everything all the way to the door. Such a genuinely kind and thoughtful person—thank you for the excellent service!
