- Booked online and downloaded the app to manage my reservation. We were arriving via Penn station and wanted to explore the city. This deli was easy to find and the staff were nice. I had to adjust my pick up time by 1 hour and the app allowed me to change it. We ended eating a sub there before departing to airport. Luggage was safe and will use them again. Note-it’s a 3 minute walk from Penn Station as long as you use the doors labeled “8th Ave and 31st Ave”

- Conveniently located inside the subway station, you can then go downstairs after picking up your luggage and take ‘E’ train which takes you to a connecting train to the airport, saved money cause uber is expensive to take to the airport! Staff was friendly and courteous :)

- Very good, close to the metro and ferries. The only thing is that it's hard to find. It's a large building with a doorman, and it's on the first floor in a gym. It doesn't look like a place where there would be a luggage storage facility, and there's no sign.
