Good service. Kept my bag safe and sound while I roamed the city and easy pick up later in the night. Store is open long hours also.

Lovely folks - very convenient!

Lovely owner and lady behind the till. Super simple to just show your code and leave. I gave myself thirty extra minutes but it wasn’t necessary. I double checked their opening hours which were great. 2 minutes walk from Port Authority. I will use them again when next in town. Cheap too!

pretty easy, store owner led us to the room to put our bags in and that was it.

We used this location in connection with a Carnival Cruise. We had the day to spend in the city, but 5 pieces of luggage. They are located a short 4 blocks from the pier. The Carnival pier is on 12th Ave. The luggage place is 4 blocks up 8th. We walked it easily with wheeled luggage. They had our Bounce Reservation and knew who we were. We put our things in a little storage area. In and out. Once you drop off, Times Square and the Broadway Theaters are RIGHT THERE. Highly recommend and will use again.
