Attentive staff, easy process

I loved it! My sister traveled with me, she didn't like the fact that our items weren't stored in a closet and locked with a key. But I loved the idea of having the freedom to walk around without my baggage. I'll definitely do it again.

The souvenir shop is very attentive to customers, and even with a lot of luggage, it doesn't seem like there's any risk of losing it. It's open late, so you can leave your belongings without any worries, and the location is perfect.

It was very smooth and the location was perfect for us.

The location is great, close to the subway. It opens early, which was important for us. The little shop has lots of cheap and useful last-minute gifts. We bought lots of little things that we hadn't had time to look at beforehand and it ended up being a "plus" for the place.

Friendly staff, and storing our suitcases was no problem. We were even able to leave our luggage there for 30 minutes longer than agreed. We'd be happy to return.

Super practical and very easy to find

I had a great experience with Bounce luggage storage at the City Gifts location. There is no tagging system, but they do help you achieve your booking, store your bags in a room with a door they can keep watch over and verify your booking when you return to claim your baggage. I had no issues and the location on 8th and 44th street provided easy access to Port Authority after my play.

Easy access, easy installation and removal. First positive experience. Indeed I agree with the comments, marking the luggage would be more reassuring :-) but I recovered what belonged to me.

Everything was there when we went to pick our luggage up, staff was helpful and nice. Only thing Is that I wish they'd use tags for your luggage, so it's safer

Thank you for your service, I think it is an affordable price and you are really super well located. I just arrived and showed my code, they received my suitcase and at night they asked me to show them the address where I had left the suitcase, this I imagine because there are more stores that store it and I showed them the email I received where the address was and they told me They handed it over.

The storage is located in a souvenir shop very close to Port Authority terminal, so it was convenient to keep the luggauge for the day I arrived in NYC and would leave NYC.
