Very efficient

Process (drop off and pick up) was easy. At the beginning, didnt feel that they were use of using bounce, since there was no ad or reference to be part of bounce, so it felt a bit insecure, but the people were extremely nice.

We were using Bounce for the first time and it took us some time to figure out what was the storage location - we were expecting to find a counter showing the Bounce logo.

It worked out well. The people at the restaurant were caring, involved and trustworthy. Good experience and I would not hesitate to use again!

Easy drop off and pickup

Fast, convenient, friendly

The location was a bit far to bring all my luggage when arriving from Penn station but everything else was super seamless and I was happy to not carry my luggage on a hot day!
