They made it very easy, the staff was very friendly. They keep your suitcases in a small room in the lower part of the premises, locked, it is very safe. From there you can walk to find the train that takes you directly to the airport. Highly recommended!

Good organization, everything went without a problem and very good location of the point, right next to the metro station.

Everything went very smooth - came in, showed QR code, left the bags (2min. process), received small paper cards with our unique codes, came back after a few hours, gave back those cards and received our bags . Also this spot is located in a.very good spot - located close to museum island, so we were able to eat at a restaurant and explore the city on our last day after hotel check-out without the bags with the help of Bounce :)
