Ask Bounce to update your address when using the Directions button in the Bounce app. Clicking that button for either Apple or Google maps directed me to Ainslie Lane, not 63 High Street. Otherwise, thanks for looking after my bags.

We dropped off our suitcases twice at this place, for lack of other Bounce locations. The first day, we found ourselves in a street without any shops. In addition, the Bounce location is advertised in a museum, but it is a phone accessories store. Fortunately, a lady gave us information, otherwise we probably would never have found it. The second day, we had booked at 10am, when the store opened. We arrived in front and found that it was closed. The manager arrived 10 minutes later, without rushing. The suitcases are left in the store, available to everyone, and therefore not really safe. This place is really convenient, given that it is the only one in Fort William, however we deplore the conditions in which it is managed.
