I used the service twice days in a row. Higly recommended! The people working there are really very nice and kind.

I stood on line, with bag,along with dessert place customers. When it was my turn, the very tall young lady who works around 10am told me to wait when I told her I was there to store my bag. She continued to attend to the rest of the customers, took their orders, served them, cleaned tables as she continued to pass me over & over again. Twenty minutes passed, then my patience ran out. I had to say something. She stopped what she was doing, reluctantly scanned my code, got the key & opened the storage room. That took only a minute. It wouldn’t have not been much of a wait for the dessert customers if she had attended to me when it was my turn in the first place. Why is this store in the luggage storage business if it clearly prioritizes dessert customers first?

Delicious food + drinks.

The truth is that the service was just as it should be, the girl who attended us was polite, fast, she explained to us that she had to take a photo for the app and check how the luggage is left and how it is returned. Very good, really. She attended to us in Portuguese although we spoke to her in Spanish, she also spoke French (we heard her with other clients) and I think English, so we had no problems with the language. It has made our life much easier to be able to leave the luggage and store the equipment on the motorcycle we traveled on. If you go by car, keep in mind that you cannot stop there, you will have to park and carry the luggage on foot.

Very friendly staff, and a very convenient place next to the train station! The shop sells very interesting local pastries as well, so after picking up your bags you may sit down and enjoy a few delights.

Great service. I was helped by the owner, a very helpful gentleman. The only negative point is that I was expecting a seal on the bag, which I saw in one of the Bounce videos on YouTube.

Location was well located and felt safe which was reassuring. It was nice to have somewhere to leave our luggage for the day. Would recommend.

Very easy to use but I had a little trouble finding the first bounce shop that interested me, I searched for 15/20 min then I went to eat and magic the Gelateria restaurant offered to store the suitcases

The store is just opposite to the rail station. The storage was no hassle. The price was acceptable though the extra insurance added to the cost.
