Great, secure place to leave to luggage. Stay to have a pint and something to eat. The food is great.

Nice place, but the storage location is down some steep stairs, so be careful with heavy/oversized luggage

-Storage place is downstairs, if your luggage is heavy it is a tough day for you, as no one will take Your luggage down or up for you. - location is not clear , it was inside a bar that I needed to enter and ask where is the place. -its prices is very good

No signage to indicate bounce drop off and the description provided for the location wasn't accurate at all. Took us forever to figure out it out! The steps down to the storage location were very steep and narrow! Overall a very rough start to our trip!

Bags were not securely locked away. Anyone could access them as bar staff not regularly present in bar and didn’t check who was picking up what bag

Was a little surprised as we had to take the luggage down to the store room and then when it was time to pickup, I just went down and picked up the bags. I could have been anyone as they didn't ask for any IDs or the tags that were issued earlier.

Check in and out process were good but the storage facility was located in the basement of a pub with narrow winding steps- it was very difficult to carry bulky large suitcases up and down the narrow winding steps. If you have large pieces of luggage this facility is not ideal. It had rained with flooding in basement so the staff were kind enough to store our luggage in another office area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that you have to take the luggage down some narrow stairs so it may be tricky for those with larger luggages.
