Excellent luggage storage space. It’s next to the train station and Novotel hotel. Perfect and a lifesaver!!

Possibly the most convenient location in the area! Right AT the rail station. Very helpful and polite staff - that did not change from the very slow morning to the really busy Sunday afternoon! Even the area allows for easy and safe use of taxi services (the space allows for cars to pull over for the luggage to be loaded); Close to attractions and bus stops. Easy check in, nice staff & a huge bonus, I was using the bag drop while doing virtual London marathon - they let me have a shower when I picked my bag up.

Not easy to be sure you’re in the right place as the name of pub has changed from st Christopher’s inn to Belushi’s. Handy for Greenwich station.

The process to drop off our luggage was simple and quick. It was some work getting it all out of the office where it was stored and they only allow one person in there to get it all. So if you have a lot of luggage, and it was for 5 of us, I had to move it all quickly as the doors auto-lock. They also did not really have them separated from other peoples. I left 7 bags and was only given 3 tickets for them, so I had to point and say, which ones were indeed mine and not someone else.

Really helpful lady but they were understaffed so she was doing everything by herself. At first she wanted us to wait to pick up our bags until her colleague returned from lunch, this wouldn't have worked for us as we were about to catch a train. She did get someone to help her, so all sorted in the end - but I did feel for her.
