Just as all the reviews said. Easy drop off. Friendly. The bags are stored just a bit down the way. Was not a problem for me. And, the place is right near the British Museum which I visited thanks go reviews here.

IEasy to locate and shop owner extremely laid back and trusting, however storage was placing them with other merchandise, jumpers etc. Wouldn't have felt entirely comfortable leaving them if they had valuables in as they were not hidden away

Even though his store closed at 6pm, the guy stayed until we returned at 6.45pm to pick up our bags (we had told him earlier that the Bounce app says his location is open until 7). We were a little concerned when we returned because the lights were off and door locked, but after we knocked on the door out he came with our bags.

First time I used this service and everything went well. I felt a little unsure leaving my bag with no tag or receipt, though.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I struggled finding the store initially and accidentally cancelled the booking but the gentleman helped me rebook and took care of my luggage. He then even provided me with some insider knowledge and travel tips for safety and security which I greatly appreciated. I endured the same friendly, easy experience upon collection too. I will definitely use this store again!!

Once we found the right place it was simple to drop our bags - of course we had to reserve online - but the staff was friendly and helpful. Such a relief not to have to keep the bags with us at all times

The app was really easy to use. The person in the store was nice. He kept our luggage for 3 hours behind the counter. It was not in a separate room but it was ok for me.
