I dropped my back bag at the Internet cafe @ Victoria. It is 3 minutes walk from Victoria underground and just opposite to Wicked theatre. The process was very quick and I was asked to take a photo of my bag when I arrived. When I returned to collect my bag, I showed the photo. 4 stars as I expected to have a dedicated locker for my stuff however my bag was stored with other bags.

Great location. Not too far from railway station. Was clean also. Only negative was that the store was hard to find and didn’t have any identification in the window to state that they take in bags from bounce. On the whole, I would highly recommend.

Very kind people, everything went fine. As a suggestion, it worried me a little that there was no check when I went retrieving the luggage. I think that the alphanumeric code received in the booking confirmation email should have been asked.

Very easy to use. Not very friendly staff. No other customers in there both when we dropped off and when we collected bag but seemed quite grumpy. Not even a smile. Same person both times so maybe she was just having a bad day but smiles cost nothing. Despite this would definitely use again.

A serialised zip tie should be placed on the luggage, a label (similar to airport labels) should be placed on each bag containing same zip tie serial number and the customer should be able to place the luggage in his own locker. Having said that, the guy at the store endured we took photos of the luggage and was really friendly. Might use them again next time I’m in Victoria

It was a bit confusing to find. Perhaps you should state that it’s the convenience store since there are three businesses located at 300. It does say unit One, but the shop is not numbered as such (at least that I could see) and the number 300 is actually past the shop itself. Drop off was easy. They had a little trouble finding my bag, because my luggage tag was covering the number tag they put on. However, all in all, very good service to have available. I’ll definitely use the service again
