Top ratedUpon arrival, the 2 staff members were so nice and friendly. Explained it was first time using bounce and they helped me through the app and explained the procedure. You’re given luggage tags with your specific reference number for each item they are storing. When we came to collect, they were again very friendly and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you for making my first experience such a good and easy one :)

Amazing experience with Bounce at Dolphin Hotel! Both staff members who helped me were professional, helpful and welcoming and storing my bag was so easy. It was the perfect arrangement when I arrived on an early morning flight at Heathrow but couldn't check into my hotel until later in the day--it freed me up to walk around and not be hauling my heavy bag. Plus it was less than two minutes walk from Paddington Station. I highly recommend using Bounce at the Dolphin Hotel!

The drop off/collection point was in a shop type store right in Paddington Station, just off the man concourse. Convenient and easy. When dropping off, I had to queue but only for about 5 minutes, on collection there was no queue at all. They Xray your bag, you pay and then they give you a barcoded receipt. Keep it safe, return later for you bag. Dead easy, very convenient and I felt my luggage would be 100% safe. Highly recommended.

The staff was nice and helpful. They tagged my suitcase and I received a reference number. When I came to collect it, the suitcase was stored safely and there were no signs of tampering. The whole process (check-in and check-out) took literally a couple of minutes.

The owner is really helpful and friendly, and the barbershop is in a really convenient place from the station. I do recommend it for anyone who wants to store their luggage temporarily and explore the city!

Staff was very quick and friendly. He was patient as I tried to figure out the app (I originally put the wrong # of luggage). When I came to pick it up, I was running late for my train but the staff there was very quick and helpful. Excellent service and the guy in the shop was extremely efficient/helpful. Highly recommend!
