The luggage storage area is on the second floor, so other than that, I'm satisfied!

Fast and convenient service located just steps from Paddington Station. Your bags are stored in a locked room guarded by staff; they are then labeled with a tag that must be shown upon return. It couldn't be easier. Fair price. Highly recommended.

It was a locked storage room in a hotel with a staffed reception, so it felt secure. The storage room is on first floor so you do have to carry your bag up and down a flight of stairs.

Our suitcases were safely stored for the day!

Apparently the store had changed network, but we still took the luggage.

The owner is really helpful and friendly, and the barbershop is in a really convenient place from the station. I do recommend it for anyone who wants to store their luggage temporarily and explore the city!

Just a barbers shop! Cases stayed where we left them in the small shop. Was worried they might disappear but they didn’t. All ok.

It's the closest location to Paddington Station! It's easy to find the store because you can just get out of the station and go straight :) Above all, the carrier was supposed to be picked up at 18:00, but we arrived at 18:35ㅠㅠ The store's opening hours are 18:30, but they waited for us! They were so kind, thank you! Thank you so much 😊

Good service, quick dropping and picking, and very kind staff. It’s expensive but like everything in London.

Easy to book online, easy to drop off and pick up, pleasant encounter. They attach a tag to your bag and you take a picture, which makes it easy at pick up.

Great app which lets you book easily but also facilitates the navigation to the luggage storage by providing a map and picture (street view).
