The website said it opened at 6.00am which would have been a problem if it were true but turns out the website hasn’t been updated so the place was open I got to leave our bags and get to my flight to Amsterdam that check in started at 6.05am no worries thanks guys will use again

Quick and seamless. A little costly.

It was convenient and easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. It worked well because I had a lay over between Gatwick and Heathrow, so i dropped them at Heathrow while waiting for 6+ hours before my next flight.

Service was pretty smooth and efficient. No issues for me!

Easy drop off. Easy pick up. Not cheap but it’s better than lugging your bag downtown. It’s worth it.

East process, a bit expensive compared to other services via hotels but its super handy to have your bags right at the termibal and not have to side trip to another location

They get a little confused using Bounce but they eventually figured it out. All I care about is that all of my stuff was in my bag!

I used Bounce Storage at Heathrow Hounslow and it was a very easy and convenient experience. The location is simple to reach, especially by public transport. I was able to get there easily by bus. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, which made storing my luggage stress-free. A great option if you need safe storage near Heathrow!

These guys at Imperial Nesagents werre were kind, helpful, flexible. The Bounce app is amde stronger with these excellent sevice didicated folks. I reocmmend them to all.

Looked after my bag perfectly while I was gone for 3 weeks. I was even able to extend mid-trip. Much cheaper option than airport. You take a 10minute small shuttle bus outside the airport to get here & back. This is inside a newsagent.
