- Very much straight forward process. Say hello to the staff, tell them why u r there, show notification email. They will direct u where to leave ur luggage. You have to take the luggage to the storage room yourself which is an underground room. Easy if u r physically well enough.

- This shop “fone doctor” is great and nice, It is not hard to find this narrow street. Before I decided to go to this shop, We went into the shop nearby called “Londis” to ask if they have room to store our luggage, They tell us to download the app to make a booking. Then I found that the app stated that the shop is “ out of capacity” , I told them, and he just get annoyed, And tell me to pay by cash, and do not need to book on the app. Okay, so I wanted to pay, And he just said a price of £20 for two luggages. I asked why you charge higher than the price stated on the app, which was £5.5 per luggage, And he told me because our luggage is so large!! How ridiculous!???? So I decided to leave the shop, The man said he can do £18 for us, But it’s absolutely a scam!! So I leave and found the nearby “fone doctor”, They are kind to help, I was happy with it and I will use it again in the future.
