Struggled a bit to find the actual location but staff were very nice and the service was good

It was a little difficult to find because it was inside a pub/hostel, but the service was very good and it was worth the price.

It is closer to the station.

Really easy experience. Once I located Bounce was at the reception for the Hostel 😅 Very friendly staff making a pain free experience! Used as was travelling and heading to a show at Hammersmith Apollo that evening. Would recommend.

Polite and speedy check-in. Bags were kept behind the check-in counter and we were given tickets for each bag. (Unlike some other Bounce sites where the luggage was pretty much all out on a public shelf.) Super-convenient to Underground station, busses, Apollo, etc.

Location was great close to Hammersmith Station. It was great to leave our luggage and go into the city for a few hours, the gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful. thank you.

This was my first experience using a luggage service and it could not have gone smoother. This location was convenient. The staff took photos of all our items and ensured we had the confirmation card for retrieval. My husband and son did the pick up using this card without difficulty even though the reservation was in my name. This service was perfect for an early flight combined with a late BNB check in.

Very easy and efficient. Showed hotel my booking. Luggage storage room access and storage was efficient. Safe and Secure.

They didn’t have any Bounce Tags when we arrived. So the lady at the counter put Stasher Tags on our bag instead. We were a little worried. Furthermore, the bags were placed in a room that was not locked but right infront of the front door. In addition to this, sometimes there isn’t even anyone at the front desk to watch over the door if anyone comes in.
