At first, he refused me saying he was fully booked. But when I told him I had already been refused at 2 luggages storages, he obliged. You have to book online, but you can also do it on the spot, once you arrive at the café: we scanned the QR code at the cashier and booked and paid for the service on the Bounce website. The only downside: the clerk asked us if we wanted something to drink and that there was a discount for Bounce customers. I ordered an espresso and she charged me £4.10... So much for the discount!

It would be a good idea to update this on your website! The attendant at this location was polite and friendly. I had to pay an extra £2 per bag because they were apparently larger than the standard size (a Ryanair backpack counts as a medium bag here). I definitely recommend it, as the bags are kept safe...
