All exactly as advertised and just what we needed for ands free visit to the Royal Albert Hall. Would definitely use again

Very conveniently situated a short walk from South Kensington station, friendly staff, easy to find.

Friendly staff and my possessions were as I left them. Been there twice over last year, leaving bags before seeing gigs at the Royal Albert Hall.

Location was super easy to find, and just around the corner from our AirBnb. The shop associated were friendly and easy to work with. Just had my QR code ready for them to scan. They gave me a receipt with the ticket attached so I could present to claim my belongings later. I highly recommend this location for luggage storage.

Located on the Main Street, right by Harrods. The person working was very kind and helpful. He tagged the bag and stored my belongings in a locked room. Would recommend this location for luggage storage to others!

Absolutly Perfect!

Such a seamless process. We flew in and out of London but went to Scotland for a couple days in the middle. We packed in a smaller bag for the shorter trip and stored our luggage here as it was close to our return stay location. Really easy process. When we came back, I had the QR code but had left my claim tags at our Airbnb. The man was very polite but told me since he didn’t check in the luggage he would also need the tags for confirmation. I actually really appreciated this as it was my fault I left them and was easy to pick them up and come back but I knew it was the most secure way to do it. It did make me think that taking a pic of the tags might be smart too. Overall great experience and would recommend.
