Easy to check in our bags, good location and we’re confident that our bags were safe as they were in a locked room at the back of the store. When we checked out, the employee didn’t scan our QR code so we were charged extra. The Bounce support team quickly resolved this and gave a refund but make sure that you’re correctly checked out at this location.

Overall, the experience was good! But: 1. When supplying a sticker with a luggage storage number, it should be expressly stated that the original sticker must be retained. Simply taking a photograph of it is not sufficient. We almost failed to reclaim our luggage and were dismissed by one of the staff members because we attempted to use a photo of the sticker, despite the requirement for the original. Fortunately, the store owner recognized us. 2. We returned a bit early with extra items we'd like to put into our luggage and retrieve the luggage only after a few hours. However, we were not allowed to do so and were asked to pay extra if we wanted to add something to our luggage. I understand that this might seem like additional effort for the staff to get the luggage and then put it back, but this would definitely have led to a five-star experience and made it worth recommending to everyone I know.

Great guys here. They have assigned one of their team to handle checking in and out so it’s very streamlined. Once you confirm your booking then check the photo of the store in the app - you can’t miss the place! Added bonus is its opposite the entrance to the Elizabeth Line station which has ‘step free’ access. This location is ideal if you have heavy cases and need to get to the airport afterwards.

Hello, we were happy with the experience. Location was very close to the train station. The only draw back was the deep stairs down and then up the stairs. The staff help us on the way down but no one offer to help going up. This need to be put on the website so people know the stairs are there! What if we were unable to take the stairs due to disability?

Would absolutely recommend this service. I was a little bit nervous at first as it was just a random shop in London I think I was expecting a locker location (more normal to see that up north) but the staff were very friendly, my bag was well looked after and I could enjoy a bag free day in London. Amazing price aswell could not complain.

Dropping off our luggage was super easy, showed the man behind the counter out code, and he had us take a photo of our luggage. When we went back to pick up, it was a different man working, showed him the photo, but he came out with different luggage, we told him immediately, and he then got the correct luggage. Maybe a wee tag/ticket system would be advantageous as well as the photo just to avoid any potential mix up!

Service was great, but they don’t have lockers, so if you’re expecting your luggage to be stored inside a locker it won’t. Despite that, the person that attended us was really nice, kind and helpful and even though they don’t have lockers, the luggage is kept in a basement away from the entry.

First time using Bounce and it was brilliant, stored two mid-sized suitcases of ~22kg each for 8 days while we toured Iceland. They were stored securely downstairs during that time. This location was chosen because of its rating, nearness to the underground, and nearness to our following accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful, would use again.

Dropped the bags off with ease, we were a bit worried about leaving our stuff as we had valuables in the bags and have never done something like this before, but the bags were untouched when we picked them back up. We also picked them up about an hour earlier than we booked, and it was fine. We were given two ticket numbers to keep with us as well to prove they were our bags and advised to take a pic as well in case we lost them!
