The Tortuga Music Festival is a three-day celebration of music, beach vibes, and marine conservation in Fort Lauderdale Beach. Since its debut in 2013, the festival has become a must-visit destination for country, rock, and roots music fans.

But what truly sets Tortuga apart is its mission. Partnering with the Rock The Ocean Foundation, the festival is dedicated to ocean conservation, using music as a platform to raise awareness about marine life and sustainability. At the heart of this mission is Conservation Village, where festival-goers can learn new things and support scientific research and ocean conservation initiatives to protect the world's oceans. So far, the festival has returned millions of dollars to the Conservation Village partners from ticket sales and donations!

What to Expect When Attending the Tortuga Music Festival 2025

Here's what to expect during this weekend of fun:

• Incredible music lineup: The festival hosts chart-topping headliners and rising stars each year. The headliners for 2025 are Keith Urban, Luke Combs, and Jelly Roll. Other notable performers are Megan Moroney, Parker McCollum, Jordan Davis, Ludacris, and Shaboozey.
• Conservation and sustainability focus: This is one of the coolest aspects of Tortuga. Visit Conservation Village to learn about marine conservation, interact with ocean-friendly organizations, and even take part in eco-friendly initiatives. Expect giveaways, educational booths, and inspiring messages about protecting our planet while enjoying great music!
• Festival eats and drinks: Come hungry! Expect many food trucks and vendors offering everything from fresh seafood to BBQ, tacos, and festival favorites. Plenty of bars and drink stands serve cold beer, cocktails, and refreshing beverages to keep you cool under the sun.

Tickets

A one-day GA pass costs $199, while a VIP pass is $799. Tickets for all three days are $355 for GA and $1599 for VIP. There are also other options; choose yours and buy your ticket.

Security Protocols

Expect bag checks and security screenings at entry. Security staff and medical tents are on-site for any assistance, and festival-goers are encouraged to look out for each other. If you see something concerning, report it to the event staff or use the festival’s text-alert system. Most importantly, stay hydrated, be mindful of your surroundings, and enjoy the music and beach vibes!

How to Get To or From the Event

Here's how to reach the festival:

• Water Taxi: Water Taxi services are available from multiple locations, including​ Stop F1: Riverside Hotel and Stranahan House, Stop F4/H2: Hilton Marina and Convention Center, and Stop F8: Galleryone and DoubleTree Suites. Boats operate every 20–30 minutes from 11 AM to 11 PM during the festival dates. A 3-day pass is priced at $75. ​
• Brightline Train: For those traveling from other South Florida cities, the Brightline high-speed train offers a convenient option. Once you arrive at the Fort Lauderdale station, you can use rideshare services or the Water Taxi to reach the festival grounds. ​
• Car: While the festival doesn't offer on-site parking, several nearby parking options are available: Las Olas Parking Garage and Park 'N Go. Street parking is limited and fills up quickly, so arriving early is advisable.

Tortuga Music Festival 2025 Bag Policy

You may carry clutch-style bags and fanny packs no larger than 6" x 9" (15cm x 23cm). Bags larger than that but not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12" (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) must be clear and made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC.

Prohibited items include large bags, outside beverages, dangerous items, glass bottles, drones, and animals (except service animals).

There are lockers on site where you can store your belongings, but you have to reserve them. A locker costs $25 per day or $65 for three days.
