I found the place safe, and the attendant who dropped me off was very attentive. When I picked up my suitcase, it was a very beautiful and polite woman who was there. She even said thank you in Portuguese. Charming. Since I'm from a country full of thieves, I think there needs to be some kind of check to make sure the suitcase really belongs to the person.

Easy booking and drop-off our luggage for a day, as our hotel wouldn't do it. This allowed us to enjoy a lovely day at the beach. When we were picked up, they even kindly helped us arrange a taxi. Thank you very much. We'd be happy to do it again.

Super easy and helpful to not have to drag a suitcase around! As others have said, the hours of this location are a bit fluid because they're primary a bicycle rental company. We just double checked with her when she thought they would close when we dropped our luggage off.
