Experience was amazing. I actually asked many questions to company before disclosing I was considering using Bounce. They were absolutely professional and patient in my questions. It brought comfort and ease leaving luggage at a smoke shop, but dont sterotype the place. The staff at drop off and pickup were stellar and made the transaction a breeze. They won getting some coin to hold my bags and I won by getting my day back because I had a late flight and had to check out of hotel early. I got to enjoy almost another full day in Miami, and this place was convienent and accomadating to my hotel. Definitely recommend if you are traveling or you may similar situation where you have later flight. Five out Five easily.
