Friendly and professional service. Not too sure if there was a sign or not stating that the store was the Bounce location

This is the second time we have used this location after a cruise - while you might question from the outside we have had a great experience both times and were able to walk over to the shopping & restaurant area on Biscayne Bay and walk back to pickup before heading to the airport

Had trouble finding the place, but other than that all good

Dead easy - book online (we did it right outside), drop your bags and then head to Bayside Harbour for a drink before your flight. Nice guy in the store, would recommend

Great experience! We were able to drop our luggage and enjoy our day in Miami without dragging it around like we watched others do. The shop staff were wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again!

Friendly and efficient

We booked this to hold our luggage during a post-cruise tour. Very convenient to Bayside Marketplace where we met our tour. Staff was courteous. Would recommend.
